1.2 These sales conditions are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as well as integrated and modified by Legislative Decree no.21/2014 and Legislative Decree no.70/2003 (Electronic Commerce Code).


2.1 The service is intended exclusively for those who possess the following requirements:

– Being consumers pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 206/2005, intended as natural persons who purchase products on for purposes not related to commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activities carried out;

– Being of legal age;

– Having a valid email address.

2.2 Therefore, TRIOL Gioielli reserves the right not to process orders from Customers who do not meet the aforementioned requirements. Likewise, orders destined for non-authorized countries cannot be fulfilled.


3.1 The main characteristics of the products sold through the website are illustrated in the information technical sheet present on the website and viewable before proceeding with the purchase of each product. A further summary description of the main characteristics of the product is also provided next to the image of each product displayed. TRIOL Gioielli reserves the right to modify the product descriptions contained in the aforementioned technical sheets at any time.

The product images published on the website represent, as faithfully as possible, the products offered for sale. However, the colors of the products and/or their dimensions may differ from the actual ones due to the browser or monitor used during website navigation. TRIOL Gioielli will not be responsible for any inadequacy of the images or colors of the Products dependent on the aforementioned technical causes.

For the purpose of the purchase contract, only the description of the Product contained in the technical information sheet present on the website at the time of purchase will be valid.


4.1 The prices of the products are expressed in euros, VAT included, and include shipping costs for Italy.

TRIOL Gioielli reserves the right to modify the terms indicated in the “Shipping Info” section at any time, while the shipping cost charged to the Customer will be the one indicated at the time of placing the order.

The price of the Products offered for sale on the Site may differ for different countries and be expressed in local currency.

4.2 TRIOL Gioielli reserves the right to modify the price of the Products at any time and without notice, while the price charged to the Customer will be the one indicated on the Site at the time of placing the order.


5.1 To purchase one or more Products, the customer must carefully fill out and transmit an Order Form to TRIOL Gioielli electronically (which serves as a binding contractual proposal) summarizing the essential information of each ordered Product, its price, payment methods, delivery methods, and shipping costs (for foreign countries). Before sending the Order, the customer can verify the entered data and correct any input errors. Simultaneously with the order’s conclusion and before its submission, the customer will be required to confirm reading and accepting these General Sales Conditions, without which it will not be possible to finalize the order.

5.2 The Order Form will be stored in our database for the time necessary to process orders and for administrative purposes (and in any case within the terms of the law).

5.3 Only the following methods will be accepted for order payment:

  1. a) Credit card – The accepted credit cards are those belonging to the Visa, Mastercard, and American Express circuits.

In any case, no charges will be debited for using the above payment methods or, in the cases expressly established, fees that exceed those incurred by the company.

5.4 Upon receipt of Your Order, TRIOL Gioielli will automatically send you an e-mail confirmation of receipt and processing, which constitutes acceptance of the same, to the e-mail address provided.

The e-mail confirmation of the Order will include a reference to these previously accepted Sales Conditions and a complete summary of the purchase made.

TRIOL Gioielli may not process Purchase Orders that: (a) are incomplete or incorrect; (b) in the event of Product unavailability (if they are no longer available or for sale); (c) where the credit card information entered is incorrect and/or authorization for the charge to that credit card has not been received. In these cases, TRIOL Gioielli will promptly inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded, specifying the reasons and providing any due refunds.

5.5 The credit card data entered will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. TRIOL Gioielli is not responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards by parties other than the owner. In any case, for greater security, TRIOL Gioielli reserves the right to cancel the transaction and/or request additional information or documents in case of suspected fraudulent use of the credit card.

5.6 TRIOL Gioielli reserves the right to refuse an order if its Bank is unable to receive verification from the customer’s bank or if the bank data is incomplete.


6.1 Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be fulfilled starting from the next working day.

6.2 Orders for items already available in the warehouse will be shipped within 4/5 working days. Delays may occur in case of remote or SCS locations.

6.3 Shipments are made via POSTE ITALIANE. Tracking information will be sent via email to the customer who placed the order.

6.4 The shipment will be made to the address indicated in the “shipping address” field in the purchase order.

6.5 TRIOL Gioielli ships to Italy and San Marino.

6.7 The Customer must check the items immediately upon delivery and report any anomalies and/or tampering and/or damage directly to the courier on the delivery document and then to TRIOL Gioielli via email at


7.1 TRIOL Gioielli reserves the right to postpone shipment in case of force majeure events.

TRIOL Gioielli shall not be liable for total or partial non-fulfillment of the obligations under this contract, if such non-fulfillment is caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural catastrophic events, acts of terrorism, wars, popular uprisings, lack of electric power, general strikes of workers, strikes and/or restrictions on courier and air links.


8.1 All products purchased on the website are covered by a warranty exclusively for manufacturing defects that occur within twelve months of delivery. Each product is shipped with its warranty certificate.

The Customer is entitled to the restoration, at no charge, of the conformity of the goods by means of repair or replacement or, in case these remedies fail, to a reduction of the price or to the resolution of the contract.

Any non-conformities, defects, malfunctions and/or faults determined by accidental events or the Customer’s responsibility or by use of the product not in accordance with its intended use are excluded from the scope of application of the legal warranty.

To avail of the warranty, the Customer must provide proof of the purchase date by keeping the payment receipt.

8.2 If the Customer detects a lack of conformity in the products purchased from TRIOL Gioielli during the validity period of the legal warranty, the Customer is requested to contact the customer service at the email address, providing their personal data (name, surname, and address for collection) and the order number. The company will arrange the return of the product at its own expense, as well as the new shipment.


9.1 Customer satisfaction is our main goal.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the receipt of the ordered products. The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of supply of custom-made or clearly personalized goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must request authorization to return the products through the Return Procedure or send any other explicit statement to the email address Afterward, TRIOL Gioielli will promptly transmit a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal by email.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period (14 days after receipt of the ordered products).

As a consequence of withdrawal, all payments made to us, except for delivery costs if due, shall be refunded to the Customer without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Such refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Customer shall not incur any costs as a consequence of such a refund.

In any event, reimbursement will be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the Customer proves that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The Customer is kindly requested to return the Products to La Linea Snc di Triolo Angelo e Figlio © 2021, Via Chiantigiana per il Ferrone 34 50023 – Impruneta (Firenze), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he receives the communication containing the return authorisation nr from TRIOL Gioielli. The deadline is met if the customer returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

In view of the nature of the Products, the Customer shall return the Products by courier or insured mail, in order to be reimbursed in case of theft or loss.

The costs of returning the Products shall be borne by the Customer.

The Customer shall only be liable for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The Customer shall be contacted by Customer Service if his return does not comply with the conditions listed in Article 9.2 below, as also summarised in the Return Procedure.

In this case, the customer may choose whether to accept the reduction in the refund that will be communicated, equal to the decrease in value of the returned products, or to have the purchased products back at his or her own expense. In the event of refusal to accept the return of the product,TRIOL Jewellery shall retain the product and the amount indicated as a reduction in the value of the returned products.

9.2 Once the return procedure has been activated, through the communications referred to in Article 9.1 above, the Customer shall receive a written confirmation from, by email, containing the return authorisation number. The document, containing the return authorisation, must be printed and enclosed with the article.

In the absence of such authorisation, TRIOL Jewellery shall not accept any return under any circumstances.

9.3 It is understood that the returned item shall comply with the following conditions:

  1. It must not have been used, worn, or washed.
  2. The packaging must not show any signs of wear, abrasions, or scratches.
  3. The product must be accompanied by the attached warranty and include all original labels, packaging, and accessories.

9.4 TRIOL Gioielli will not accept returned goods if the return is not in compliance with all the terms and conditions provided by the return policy.

In addition, please note that TRIOL Gioielli will not accept returns in the following cases: a) in case of theft or loss of the item during the return; b) if the item is returned used or in any way damaged.


10.1 For information on how your data is collected and used, please read the privacy policy published on this website carefully.


11.1 The contract of sale concluded on the website is governed by Italian law.

11.2 For the resolution of any disputes arising from the interpretation and/or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contract of sale, the court of the place where the Customer is resident or has elected domicile shall have jurisdiction.

11.3 For all disputes concerning this sales contract or connected to it that may arise between the parties, an attempt at amicable conciliation may be previously initiated according to the mediation procedure, which can also be activated online, regulated by the rules of the Conciliation Service of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence, registered in the register of Conciliation Bodies held by the Ministry of Justice.


12.1 TRIOL Gioielli reserves the right to modify and/or supplement these General Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes and/or additions will be effective from the date of publication on the website
